Faculty Evaluation & Growth: Understanding the FEG Process In-Person

This workshop will guide faculty, chairs, and admin through the Faculty Evaluation and Growth (FEG) process, including its purpose, structure, and connection to professional development. Participants will explore how the FEG supports ongoing faculty growth, strengthens teaching effectiveness, and aligns with institutional expectations.

The session will also highlight the role of the Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) in supporting observations, outline the steps of the observation of instruction process, and review the faculty evaluation checklist to ensure all requirements are clearly understood, completed on time, and aligned with standards 

Location: Clearwater Campus (exact room will be added once confirmed)
